A mixed-use development project being carried out at 1364-1 Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan has received housing construction business plan approval and completed the urban management plan decision and land surveying notification procedures, officially starting.
According to Notification No. 2026-25 of Busan Metropolitan City Haeundae-gu, the business plan was approved on February 13, 2026, with the implementation period set from March 31, 2026, to June 30, 2030.
Based on this timeline, it appears likely that sales will occur within the second quarter of 2026.

A project named 'Construction of Residential Complex at 1364-1 Jung-dong' is underway in Haeundae-gu. The project developer is Asiad Comprehensive Development Co., Ltd., and the land area totals 9,904.2㎡. The project consists of 6 underground floors and 47 above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 130,819.3471㎡.
This high-rise mixed-use complex will consist of 3 blocks, comprising 516 housing units for residential space. Additionally, 102 officetels will be provided for commercial space. Moreover, plans have been established for a public open space of 1,163.96㎡, and relaxation of the floor area ratio will be applied through the provision of public facility sites. This infrastructure maintenance is expected to contribute to the region's development.

Jung-dong in Haeundae is an area densely populated with high-rise mixed-use and ultra-luxury residential facilities over 40 stories high. It is located near BEXCO, the center of Haeundae's commercial district, excellent educational zones, and various living infrastructures, making the residential environment highly favorable. Furthermore, the excellent transportation accessibility is also a significant advantage.
Particularly, since a high-rise residential complex will be built within the general commercial area, this project is recognized for its location, brand, and scale.
Due to the recent rise in construction costs and premium for the Haeundae area, the sale price is expected to be quite high. As the business plan approval is completed, future sale schedules, unit compositions, and announcements of sale prices will be significant variables in the market.

1. The housing construction business plan for 1364-1 Jung-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan has been approved in accordance with Article 15 of the Housing Act, and the notification is made as follows in accordance with Article 15, paragraph 6 of the same law and Article 30, paragraph 5 of the Enforcement Decree of the same law.
2. The decision concerning the urban management plan (district unit plan area and district unit plan) that is deemed to be under Article 19 of the Housing Act is notified as determined in accordance with Article 30 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act and Article 25 of the Enforcement Decree of the same law and the land surveying notification is made in accordance with Article 32 of the National Land Planning and Utilization Act and Article 27 of the Enforcement Decree of the same law as well as Article 8 of the Basic Land Use Regulation Act and Article 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the same law.
