1. Approval is granted for the housing construction project plan in Jungdong, Haeundae-gu, Busan, pursuant to Article 15 of the Housing Act and is hereby announced as follows according to Article 15, Item 6, and Article 30, Item 5 of the Enforcement Decree of the same law.

In accordance with Article 19, Item 1 of the Housing Act, the decision on the urban management plan (district unit plan area and district unit plan) as deemed under Article 30 of the Law on National Land Planning and Utilization is hereby declared according to Article 30 of the Law on National Land Planning and Utilization and Article 25 of the same enforcement ordinance, and the topographical map is announced under Article 32 of the Law on National Land Planning and Utilization and Article 27 of the same enforcement ordinance and Article 8 of the Basic Law on Land Use Regulation and Article 7 of the same enforcement ordinance.
