Urban Egg, located in Busanjin-gu, is a space that harmoniously combines neighborhood facilities and accommodation facilities. It was completed with the design by Yuga Architecture Office and the construction by Wiz Comprehensive Construction.

Nam-gu's Uam Library plays a role as a center for learning and community in a neglected residential area and is noted as a case of regeneration of old architecture. Urban Egg positions itself as an urban lifestyle platform that connects young travelers with the local economy by merging accommodation and coffee culture in a small site.







Bronze Prize – Busan Concert Hall, Luft Minrak

The Busan Concert Hall, located in Busanjin-gu, is the first dedicated performance venue for classical music. It was created by several design teams, particularly by Design Camp Moon Park DMP.

Luft Minrak (Suyeong-gu)


Luft Minrak (Suyeong-gu) is a building that presents a new trend in local commercial facilities. Designed by MOC Architecture Firm, and constructed by Pureun Dam Byeok General Construction.

As Busan's first professional performance hall for classical music, Busan Concert Hall has a seating capacity of 2,000 and offers an excellently designed acoustic experience, expanding opportunities for cultural enjoyment. In particular, Luft Minrak, located in Suyeong-gu, features a terrace structure that offers views of Gwangalli Beach and Minrak Waterfront Park, presenting a model for new commercial spaces where ocean views can be appreciated in everyday life.

CSTC Office Building Remodeling (Sahagu)

The remodeling of the CSTC office building is underway.

This project aims to transform an old factory located in Sahagu into a modern workspace.

It is designed by Ground Architects and constructed by Enwon General Construction Co., Ltd.



Busan Care Building (Yeonje-gu)

The Busan Care Building, located in Yeonje-gu, Busan, integrates local healthcare and welfare services, laying a significant foundation for community care. Designed by Sosul Architectural Office and constructed by Pureun Dam Byeok General Construction, this building showcases new possibilities for the regeneration of industrial facilities.

The CSTC project, which transforms an old factory into an office building, effectively represents this change, while the Busan Care Building realizes an integrated care model that combines healthcare, welfare, and residential functions.
