The contractor, POSCO E&C, is required to complete the construction within 52 months after starting the project, with the possibility of one six-month extension under unavoidable circumstances. With the necessary funds in place, it is expected that construction will progress smoothly once the technical and safety enhancements and design changes indicated in this conditional resolution are completed.

A new supply of private rental housing is set to be actively pursued near Sasang Station, a major transportation hub in the western part of Busan.
