Based on the Notice No. 2012-409 of Busan Metropolitan City (October 31, 2012) for the establishment of a maintenance plan and designation of the maintenance area, the maintenance plan was changed and designated under Notices No. 2016-446 (January 4, 2017), No. 2020-265 (July 22, 2020), and No. 2021-134 (April 21, 2021). The approval for project execution was announced under Notice No. 2017-82 of Nam-gu, Busan (August 23, 2017), and notices for changes in project execution plans were promulgated under Notices No. 2020-44 (May 13, 2020), No. 2021-104 (November 10, 2021), No. 2023-79 (August 2, 2023), No. 2023-116 (December 13, 2023), and No. 2024-83 (July 31, 2024). Since the housing reconstruction maintenance project in 1808 Daeyeon-dong, Nam-gu, Busan has been completed as per the approved project execution plan, the completion approval is announced in accordance with Article 83, Paragraph 3 of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Act and Article 74, Paragraph 4 of its Enforcement Decree.
