The city of Busan has decided to extend the deadline for the maintenance zone release of the Nakmin 1 Reconstruction Project until February 23, 2028. This decision comes as approximately 67,006㎡ of the Nakmin 1 Reconstruction Project area has not yet reached the phase of foundation establishment approval, despite the necessity for residential environment improvement and systematic maintenance.

Therefore, the city of Busan appears to have acknowledged the sustainability of the project and made the decision to preserve it, considering future development potential.



Dongnae Hanyang Apartment Reconstruction / Nakmin 1 Zone Reconstruction Project

The Nakmin 1 Zone comprises a reconstruction project that includes Dongnae Hanyang Apartments, Hanshin Mansion phases 1 and 2, Gwangrim Mansion, and some multi-family and single-family houses. This project is planned to consist of 12 buildings, ranging from 4 floors underground to 36 floors above ground, with a total of 1,275 households.

Approximately 330 households will be added, providing more living space compared to the existing 945 households. Notably, a high proportion of units will be below 85㎡, which is expected to meet various demands.

After the maintenance zone was designated in 2023, the project received approval from the promotion committee in 2024. However, it is currently at the stage of foundation establishment approval, leading to a somewhat slow progression of the project.
