In accordance with Article 83(3) and 86(1) of the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act and Article 74(4) of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, the partial construction approval was officially notified under the Busan Metropolitan City Haeundae-gu Notice No. 2024-91 (2024.07.03.) and the construction approval was notified under the Busan Metropolitan City Haeundae-gu Notice No. 2024-172 (2024.12.11.) for “Banyeo 1-2 District Redevelopment Project.” This notice is to announce the transfer of ownership of the land and buildings in accordance with Article 86(1) and (2) of the Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Act.
