Gwangmu Waterfront Park Creation Project

Busan Metropolitan City announced the creation plan for Gwangmu Waterfront Park (Cultural Park) through Public Notice No. 2025-1598 on May 7, 2025. To listen to residents' opinions on the formulation of the urban management plan, the main contents of the urban management plan draft are announced as follows according to Article 28 of the「National Land Planning and Utilization Act」, Article 22 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act, and Article 9 of the「Busan Metropolitan City Urban Planning Ordinance」.
2. Anyone with opinions regarding the contents of the urban management plan draft below is requested to submit their feedback to Busan Metropolitan City Hall (Urban Space Creation 888-2565), Busanjin-gu Office (Construction Department 605-4722), or the city website (Busan Urban Planning Agora: Public Announcement) within the review period.
