Hanwha Construction has undertaken the construction under the Forena brand. This company has also secured contracts for Districts 1 and 2 of Deokcheon, aiming to create a total of 1,860 households in the Forena brand town. The expected completion date is May 20, and based on the approval announcement, the association and construction company have begun the occupancy process. Therefore, if everything proceeds smoothly, occupancy may be possible by June 2025.

The Deokcheon District 3 reconstruction project was designated for management and planning via Busan Metropolitan City Notice No. 2019-69 (March 20, 2019), and the management plan and area designation changes were announced via Busan Metropolitan City Notice No. 2020-86 (March 18, 2020) and Busan Metropolitan City Notice No. 2024-464 (December 18, 2024). The project implementation plan was approved under Busan Metropolitan City Notice No. 2020-66 (July 22, 2020), and the construction has been completed according to the plan. Thus, we announce the completion approval in accordance with Article 83 of the Urban and Residential Environment Maintenance Act and Article 74 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act.
